Kickstarter Video for Living Walls, The City Speaks
Living Walls, The City Speaks needs more funding. They have posted a video on Kickstarter, a new way to fund creative ideas and ambitious endeavors through raising money from fans of an idea.Kickstarter is powered by all-or-nothing funding method where projects must be fully-funded or no money changes hands. In order for Living Walls to receive any dough at all they need to raise at least $4,000! This money, that I assume you will give after reading this, will go to artist travel, promotional costs, and funding for a poster show/lecture series and gallery show. They are functioning on a skeleton budget, anything you can give is needed and they will be frugal with your generous donation.
If you're interested in continuing to build a sustainable ATL art scene -- prove it. The minimum bid is only 5 bucks. You can do without those new jean print diapers just a bit longer and donate your money to Something, rather than to Ridiculous.
